In two words very bright. This espresso was very balanced besides this. I personally would rather drink an interesting coffee than a perfectly balanced one, but this is not 'nam, there are rules. So I have to score it properly. Vis: Very Good, there was some blonding. C&P: Good, Slightly thinish, with some bubbles. Taste: Very Good (if I didn't have to score balance, It'd be excellent). Super bright. Tactile: Good plus. Medium body, slightly gritty finish. This place is beautiful, and Kevin was a fucking ninja of niceness and knowledge. Go here for the pour over rig. That in itself is worth it.
