Maybe it's because I'm a huge science geek, BUT I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK OF ME. Take that internets. I got a v60 pourover of the Ethiopian Worka. Great juicy cup of coffee, batman! Did I mention it was juicy? I did, didn't I? yup. Lower bodied like you'd expect out of a natural Ethiopian. Hints of molassis, and black tea. Also, the bathroom gets amazing natural light. They might not even care about this sort of thing in California, but I do.
