snips says: Since there's no official review here yet let me try to write like a professional just for fun. For some reason the espressos are always better on 15th than on Pike, so here was the ideal place to try the El Salvador La Libertad Finca Matalapa and I was glad to encounter a barista I trust and like. Vis: minor bubbles, nice reddish brown, avg plus to good C&P: I forgot to pay attention but it looks thin on the photo, avg plus to good Taste: bright splash, pleasantly developing with time, good to very good Tactile: good Personality: focused on the coffee, dedicated to prepare the best espresso, I'll give a very good for spontaneously putting out a glass of sparkling water for me. Atmosphere: beautiful light coming in through the windows. I don't like that area where all tables is always occupied by laptops but it was not crowded on a Sunday morning and I could sit down to wait for my drink watching it be prepared. The SOE of the day is always clearly displayed and on my way out I got the home brew guide after checking out the coffee bags. Good plus. |
